About Us
Peeling paint, stained ceilings, and faded siding make your home look tired and can let water in. We at Otago House Painters handle full prep and professional finishes as your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter in Otago.
Our crew is trained, licensed, and insured, with years of real jobs in Otago and a method that keeps projects neat and on time. We plan work for dry, mild weather, check surface temperature and moisture before coating, use the right primers for wood, masonry, and metal, and follow lead safe methods on older homes, because rushing or skipping steps causes flashing, blistering, leaks, and early failure.
You get a finish that holds up because we wash, treat mildew, scrape, sand, prime the right way, and apply true two coat systems at the right spread rate. We show up when we say we will, protect floors and landscaping, use low odour paint indoors so you can get back to normal fast, and we back the work with a written workmanship warranty.
We paint interiors with low volatile organic compound paints for healthier air and smooth walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinets that wipe clean and look right. We paint exteriors with full prep that includes washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, spot priming, and two finish coats so you avoid early peeling and swollen wood. We paint roofs with proper cleaning, rust treatment where needed, and the correct roof coating for tile, metal, or concrete so you get longer life and better water shedding. Skipping prep, painting in the wrong weather, using cheap paint, or applying too thin will lead to flashing, mildew, blistering, and coatings that fail before they should.
For a House Painter Otago you can count on, we are ready to help. You can tell us about your project and we’ll set a quick site visit and a written quote.
