About Us
Peeling trim, faded siding, and scuffed walls cost you curb appeal and can lead to leaks or wood rot. We are Otago House Painters in Otago, your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter, and we plan around local weather windows, do proper prep, and use coatings that hold up.
Our crew brings years on ladders in Otago with full insurance, safety training, and lead safe methods for homes built before 1978. We set ourselves apart with moisture readings, detailed sanding and caulking, dust control inside, a clear schedule you can count on, and timing work around Otago weather so coatings cure right.
You get clear pricing, a written scope, real start and finish dates, and colour help with sample swatches so you see it before we roll it. We use low volatile organic compound coatings when possible, we test for moisture before we paint, and we stand behind our work with a written workmanship guarantee, so you are not stuck fixing the same problem twice.
Interior painting covers walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, drywall repair, caulking, sanding, and fine finishing, which brightens rooms and seals surfaces so they clean easier and last longer. Exterior and roof painting include pressure washing, scraping, sanding, spot or full prime, gap sealing, safe roof prep and coatings for metal, tile, or asphalt shingles, which block water, slow ultraviolet damage, and can improve energy performance with reflective roof coatings.
